General Guidelines
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of the respective service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party suppliers.
- Megatrip Holidays acts as a facilitator and does not control refund timelines or amounts determined by service providers.
- Refunds are processed only after we receive confirmation and settlement from the relevant service provider.
Refund Eligibility
Flight Bookings:
- Refunds for canceled flight bookings are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policy.
- Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds unless specified by the airline.
Hotel Bookings:
- Cancellations made within the hotel’s free cancellation window are eligible for a full refund.
- Bookings marked as “non-refundable” will not be eligible for refunds.
Holiday Packages:
- Refunds depend on the terms specified at the time of booking. Partial or full cancellation charges may apply.
- Custom packages may incur higher cancellation charges due to pre-booked activities.
Bus, Train, and Car Rentals:
- Refunds for these services are governed by the respective service provider’s policies.
Service Fees:
- Any service fees charged by Megatrip Holidays are non-refundable, except in cases of complete cancellation initiated by the service provider.
Refund Process

- Refund requests must be initiated through the “My Bookings” section of your account or by contacting customer support.
- Provide the booking reference number and any other requested documentation for processing.
Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive confirmation from the service provider.
- Delays may occur based on the service provider’s policies or payment gateway timelines.
Mode of Refund:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements will be made at our discretion.
Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation charges vary by service type and provider. The exact amount will be displayed during the cancellation process.
- In some cases, additional fees (e.g., credit card transaction fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to show up for a flight, hotel stay, or booked activity (“no-show”) will result in no refund unless otherwise specified.

Force Majeure
